Yenny Mandola Florals is a luxury floral and botanical design studio based in Dripping Springs, Texas, serving Austin, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Westlake, and surrounding Hill Country areas.

We provide:

  • Everyday floral arrangements
  • Wedding & event floral design
  • Concierge floral services
  • Botanical styling
  • Orchids, plants, succulents & terrariums
  • Weekly and bi-weekly floral subscriptions

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Product Availability & Substitutions

Flowers and botanicals are seasonal, natural products and availability may vary.

While we always strive to recreate arrangements as pictured, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal, weather-related, or market availability.

If substitutions are required, we will:

  • Maintain the overall style and aesthetic
  • Preserve the intended color palette
  • Use blooms or vessels of equal or greater value
  • Design with the same level of artistry and care

Each arrangement is uniquely handcrafted, and slight variations are considered part of the artistic nature of floral design.

3. Ordering & Payment

Everyday Floral Orders

Full payment is required at checkout for all standard floral and botanical purchases.

Weddings & Events

Wedding and event bookings require:

  • A signed floral agreement
  • A non-refundable retainer
  • Final payment by the agreed-upon due date

Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.

All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incorrect information.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We currently deliver throughout:

  • Dripping Springs
  • Austin
  • Bee Cave
  • Westlake
  • Lakeway
  • Select Texas Hill Country areas

Delivery availability may vary based on date, weather conditions, holidays, or routing capacity.

Delivery Terms

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If the recipient is unavailable, arrangements may be left in a shaded or otherwise safe location at our discretion.

Once delivery has been completed to the address provided, YM Florals is not responsible for flowers, plants, or products affected by:

  • Weather exposure
  • Theft
  • Animals
  • Delayed recipient retrieval
  • Incorrect delivery information

Pickup Terms

Pickup orders must be arranged in advance.

Orders not picked up during the scheduled timeframe are non-refundable.

5. Weddings & Events

Wedding and event floral services are custom artistic services that require extensive planning, flower sourcing, labor, and preparation.

Due to the custom nature of event work:

  • Retainers are non-refundable
  • Floral orders may not be canceled once flowers have been purchased
  • Significant design or quantity changes may result in pricing adjustments

All event changes must be submitted in writing.

Final payment deadlines and additional event-specific terms are outlined in your floral agreement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because floral and botanical products are perishable and made to order:

  • Orders are non-refundable once flowers or materials have been purchased
  • Completed arrangements may not be returned or refunded
  • Same-day and next-day orders may qualify for store credit at our discretion

Wedding and event refunds follow the terms outlined in the signed floral contract.

7. Subscription Services

For weekly or bi-weekly floral subscriptions:

  • Deliveries occur on your scheduled service date
  • Deliveries may be skipped or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
  • Missed deliveries without notice are non-refundable

Subscription schedules and pricing may be updated with prior notice.

8. Plants, Succulents & Botanical Products

Plants, orchids, succulents, and terrariums are living products and require proper ongoing care.

While we carefully source healthy botanical products, we cannot guarantee plant longevity once delivered due to varying environmental conditions and care practices.

YM Florals is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper watering or sunlight exposure
  • Temperature fluctuations
  • Neglect or mishandling after delivery

Care instructions may be provided for select botanical products.

9. Limitation of Liability

YM Florals is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Improper flower or plant care after delivery
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, or force majeure events
  • Natural variations in flower color, size, or lifespan

By purchasing from us, you agree to follow recommended care instructions for floral and botanical products.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All photographs, floral designs, branding, text, graphics, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Yenny Mandola Florals unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to photograph our floral work for portfolio, social media, marketing, and publication purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
