YM Florals (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides floral products, wedding & event floral services, and weekly floral subscriptions in Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Westlake, Austin, and the Hill Country.

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund/Delivery policies.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

Flowers are seasonal and natural products.
While we always strive to match your order as shown:

  • Certain blooms may be unavailable due to season, weather, or market conditions.
  • We may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value.
  • We maintain the overall style, color palette, and quality of your design.
    Substitutions are made with artistic care to honor your intended look

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required at checkout for everyday floral products.
  • Wedding & event clients require a signed agreement and retainer to secure your date.
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
    We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or incorrect information

4. DELIVERY & PICKUP

We deliver across:

  • Dripping Springs
  • Austin
  • Bee Cave
  • Westlake
  • Lakeway
  • The Texas Hill Country

Delivery availability may vary based on date, time, or weather.

Delivery Terms

  • Accurate recipient information must be provided.
  • If no one is home, flowers may be left in a shaded, safe area.
  • We are not responsible for flowers once delivered to the address provided.

Pickup Terms

Pickup times must be arranged in advance. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.


5. WEDDINGS & EVENTS

Wedding & event bookings require:

  • A signed contract
  • A non-refundable retainer

Final payment by the agreed-upon date
Changes to floral quantities or colors must be requested in writing.


Due to the custom nature of events:

  • Retainers are non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be canceled once flowers have been ordered for your event

Large changes may affect pricing.


6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS


Because florals are perishable, made to order, and prepared specifically for your date:

  • Once an arrangement is created or flowers are purchased, orders cannot be refunded.
  • If you need to cancel a same-day or next-day order, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Wedding & event payments follow the terms of your event contract.


7. WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
For weekly or bi-weekly floral service:

  • Deliveries occur on your scheduled day.
  • If you are away, you may skip or reschedule with 48-hour notice.
  • No refunds for missed deliveries without notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YM Florals is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Improper flower care after delivery
  • Delays due to weather, emergencies, or force majeure events

You agree to follow recommended care instructions.


9. COPYRIGHT & CONTENT


All images, text, branding, and floral designs on this website belong to YM Florals.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.


10. CHANGES TO TERMS
