Every arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium seasonal blooms and botanical elements sourced fresh for each order. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery throughout:
- Dripping Springs, TX
- Austin, TX
- Bee Cave, Westlake & Lakeway
- Select surrounding Texas Hill Country areas (availability may vary)
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
2. Delivery Windows
Deliveries are available Monday–Saturday during the following windows:
- Morning Delivery: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Delivery: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery timeframes, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
3. Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
- Attempt to contact the recipient
- Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location when appropriate
- Notify the sender via text or email
If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Yenny Mandola Florals is not responsible for products left outside due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Gated communities without access codes
- No recipient available to receive the order
- Weather conditions after delivery has been completed
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Standard Orders
Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
After this period, flowers and materials may already have been purchased and prepared, making the order non-refundable.
Weddings & Events
Wedding and event orders follow the cancellation and payment terms outlined in the signed floral agreement or proposal.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, handcrafted, and perishable nature of floral products, we do not accept returns once an order has been designed, delivered, or picked up.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Quality Assurance Guarantee
We guarantee that your arrangement will arrive:
Fresh
Beautifully designed
Carefully crafted in the style selected
If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Provide photographs of the arrangement
- We may offer a replacement, partial store credit, or another reasonable resolution when appropriate
7. Floral Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary, certain blooms may occasionally require substitution.
Any substitutions made will:
- Maintain the overall color palette and style
- Match or exceed the original value
- Preserve the artistic integrity of the design
8. Plants, Succulents & Terrariums
Living plants, succulents, orchids, and terrariums are natural products and require proper care after delivery.
Because environmental conditions vary greatly from home to home, Yenny Mandola Florals cannot guarantee the long-term lifespan of live plants once delivered.
We do not accept returns on live plants, succulents, orchids, or terrariums after delivery or pickup.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we may review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Care instructions may be provided for select botanical products to help ensure longevity and proper maintenance.
