1. Shipping & Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
Dripping Springs, TX
Austin, TX
Bee Cave, Westlake, and Lakeway
Surrounding Hill Country areas (availability may vary)
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be shown at checkout.
2. Delivery Windows
We offer delivery Monday–Saturday during the following windows:
Morning delivery: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon delivery: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to accommodate preferred timeframes.
3. Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our florist will:
Attempt to contact the recipient
Leave flowers in a safe, shaded location when possible
Notify you via text or email
If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
We are not responsible for flowers left outside due to:
Incorrect delivery instructions
Gated communities without access
No one available to receive the delivery
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Standard Orders
Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
After this period, flowers will have been purchased and the order becomes non-refundable.
Weddings & Events
Changes and cancellations follow the terms outlined in your signed floral contract.
5. No Returns on Floral Products
Because floral arrangements are custom, handcrafted, and perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been created, delivered, or picked up.
However, your happiness is incredibly important to us.
If there is any issue with your arrangement, please see our Quality Assurance section below.
6. Quality Assurance Guarantee
We guarantee your flowers will arrive:
✔ Fresh
✔ Beautifully designed
✔ As close as possible to the style you ordered
If your arrangement arrives damaged or not as expected:
Contact us within 24 hours
Provide a photo so we can assess the issue
We will offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate
7. Substitutions Policy
Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers may occasionally require substitution.
Any substitutions will:
Match the color palette
Match or exceed the quality and value
Maintain the overall aesthetic of the original design
